I'm a product designer focused on the moments where people get lost in unfamiliar systems, designing for the trust and clarity that gets them through. Most of my work has been in banking and health, two of the most complex services people have to navigate. Over time, I'd like to bring that focus to education and the environment.
Whatever form a product takes, I care most about the thinking underneath it, and the spots where an experience quietly starts to feel unclear. I use AI throughout my work, but the more it handles the logical, repeatable parts, the more the human read on a problem becomes what decides whether something is any good. Some call empathy the old way of designing. I think it's exactly what this moment needs more of.
Away from the screen, I write fiction, draw, press leaves I pick up off the street, and take long walks with a coffee.
